Welcome to Astral Living. By accessing our premises or booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and harmonious environment for all our residents.
1. Rent and Security Deposit
- Rent must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month. Late payments may attract a penalty fee.
- A security deposit is required before move-in. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or unpaid dues and is fully refundable subject to our Refund Policy.
- AC electricity usage is billed separately via room sub-meters and must be cleared along with the monthly rent.
2. Code of Conduct & Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours: We enforce strict quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Residents must use headphones for media and keep conversations to a whisper to respect other housemates' sleep schedules.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: The consumption, possession, or distribution of illegal substances, or any form of physical/verbal harassment, will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor zones. Smoking inside the rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited.
3. Visitor Policy
- For the security and privacy of all residents, visitors are only allowed in the common lounges and dining areas.
- Visitors are not permitted inside the private sleeping quarters or partition rooms at any time.
- Visiting hours are restricted from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No overnight guests are allowed.
4. Property Damage
Residents are responsible for the care of the furniture, appliances, and fixtures provided to them. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, the resident is liable to pay the difference.
5. Termination & Notice Period
- Either party must provide a 30-day written notice prior to vacating the premises.
- Failure to serve the notice period will result in a deduction from the security deposit equivalent to the shortfall in the notice duration.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the stay agreement immediately if a resident severely breaches the code of conduct.
6. Liability
While Astral Living provides 24/7 security and lockable storage units, we are not liable for the loss or theft of any personal belongings, cash, or valuables kept within the premises. Residents are advised to keep their valuables locked at all times.
